Our model is completely investment-free. Schools don’t need to buy computers, install networks, or maintain hardware. They simply pay rent based on the number of students — making it fully budget-friendly.

SchoolLab covers all repairs and replacements for any technical faults or hardware failures. However, if damage occurs due to negligence, mishandling, fire, or theft, the school is responsible for the repair or replacement cost as per the agreement. In case of theft, the school must report the incident and file a police complaint within 24 hours.

We follow a simple and transparent 5-year service contract. This ensures long-term support, stable pricing, and guaranteed maintenance throughout the period.

We understand student numbers can fluctuate. However, as per the agreement, the school must pay for minimum committed students, decided at the time of signing the 5-year contract. If students increase, rent adjusts — but it never goes below the minimum student limit.
