Welcome to SchoolLab, a service operated by GTS – Ganesh Tech Solution. By using our services, installing our computer lab equipment, or signing the SchoolLab service contract, you agree to the Terms & Conditions listed below.
The service is offered under a 5-year agreement between the School and GTS – Ganesh Tech Solution, covering installation, support, maintenance, and equipment usage.
Schools do not pay any upfront installation charges. GTS installs the entire computer lab setup at zero initial cost.
Schools pay per student per month or quarterly in advance. A minimum committed student count is finalized at agreement signing. Billing is always based on this minimum even if student strength decreases.
The minimum student number is locked at contract signing. Billing increases if students increase but never goes below the minimum.
All equipment, including computers and networking devices, remains the property of GTS – Ganesh Tech Solution throughout the contract period.
Covers by GTS (Free): Hardware faults, software issues, normal failures, and wear-and-tear.
School Liable (Chargeable): Damage due to negligence, mishandling, unauthorized repair, fire/water damage, or theft.
In case of theft, the school must notify GTS immediately and file a police complaint/FIR within 24 hours. Replacement costs must be paid by the school.
GTS provides full AMC, regular checkups, software updates, on-site support, and remote troubleshooting throughout the contract, free of cost unless damage is due to mishandling.
The lab must be used only for educational purposes. Schools cannot rent, sublet, or allow third-party use. No modifications to equipment or network without written permission.
Payments must be made monthly or quarterly in advance. Delayed payments may result in service suspension. Non-payment may lead to equipment removal.
Schools may request additional systems or upgrades. Additional charges or commitments may apply based on requirements.
The contract may be terminated due to violation of terms, repeated non-payment, or misuse. Upon termination, all equipment must be returned in good condition. Missing or damaged items will be billed.
GTS is not responsible for disruptions caused by electricity issues, lack of internet, or school infrastructure limitations. Schools must ensure proper power backup.
GTS does not collect personal data except necessary usage logs. All shared information is kept confidential.
All legal matters fall under Indian law. Jurisdiction is based on the operational office of GTS – Ganesh Tech Solution.
